Terms of Service
Effective 1 October 2026
Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and SellerBox, a Delaware corporation ("we", "us"). They apply when you create an account or use a box. If you use SellerBox for a company, you agree for that company, and you confirm that you have the authority to do so. Our Privacy Policy tells you how we handle data.
The service
SellerBox gives you a private server (a "box") that syncs your Amazon
data, and the /sellerbox skill to build
and run automations on it with Claude. We add, change and remove
features over time. If we remove a feature that you pay for, we tell
you first.
Your account
- Give us a true email address, and keep it current. We send sign-in codes and billing notices there.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account and on your box, including what your teammates do.
- Keep your passkeys, SSH key and Amazon credentials safe. We cannot recover a lost SSH key for you, because we do not hold one.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
Billing and trial
- Plans are billed monthly, in advance, through Polar. The prices are on the pricing page. Taxes are added where the law requires them.
- Your plan is set by the combined monthly Amazon sales of all the accounts on your box. If your sales stay above your band, we can ask you to move to the correct plan.
- A new box has a 14-day free trial, which starts when the box is ready. We take a card at checkout and charge it when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. There is one trial for each Amazon app. A box that you resume after cancelling has no trial.
- If a payment fails, Polar tries again. If the subscription ends because payment does not succeed, the box is archived as described under Cancelling.
- We can change prices. We tell you by email at least 30 days before a new price applies to you.
- Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or where we charged you by mistake.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal
(/sellerbox billing). Your box runs to
the end of the period that you paid for. Then we delete the server
and keep its disk for 30 days. If you pay again in those 30 days, your
box comes back with its data. After 30 days we delete the disk, and
the data cannot be recovered. Copy anything you want to keep before
then.
Your data
- You own the data on your box, and the automations, code and reports you build. We claim no rights to them. You give us only the rights we need to host and move your data so that the service works.
- We do not make backups of your box. The disk is protected from hardware faults, not from deletion, from a mistake in an automation, or from a command that you or Claude runs. If data matters to you, keep your own copy.
- If you send us feedback or ideas about SellerBox, we can use them without any obligation to you.
Amazon and Claude
- SellerBox connects to Amazon with your own Amazon app and credentials. You must follow Amazon's terms, including the Selling Partner API and Amazon Ads API terms and the Amazon Data Protection Policy. You are responsible for the changes that your automations make to your Amazon accounts, such as bids, budgets, prices and listings.
- Claude runs on your own Anthropic account, under Anthropic's terms. Claude can make mistakes. Read what an automation does before you let it change your Amazon account.
- We are not part of Amazon or Anthropic, and they do not endorse us. If they change or stop their services, a part of SellerBox can stop working.
Acceptable use
Do not use SellerBox to:
- break the law, or break Amazon's terms or policies;
- get data about other sellers or customers that you have no right to;
- send spam, or attack, scan or overload other systems;
- mine cryptocurrency, or run work that is not related to your business;
- store or share malware, or content that you have no right to share;
- resell SellerBox, or get more than one trial by using different accounts.
If a box puts other customers or our systems at risk, we can stop it at once. For other problems, we contact you first.
Availability
We work to keep SellerBox available, but we do not promise a specific uptime. Sometimes we must restart or resize a box for maintenance. When we can, we tell you before we do it.
Liability
SellerBox is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties that are not written in these terms.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost sales, advertising spend, or lost data. Our total liability for all claims is limited to the amount that you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not let us limit.
Termination
You can stop using SellerBox at any time by cancelling. We can close an account that breaks these terms. Unless the breach is serious or urgent, we tell you first and give you time to fix it. If we close SellerBox as a service, we tell you at least 30 days before, and refund any period that you paid for and cannot use.
General
- We can change these terms. We update the date at the top of this page, and for a material change we tell account holders by email at least 14 days before it applies. If you continue to use SellerBox after that, you accept the new terms.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
- If a court finds one part of these terms not enforceable, the other parts stay in force.
